Andrew was back from his holiday with his grandad and cousins today, so I was determined to get some vitamins into him as I thought he would've eaten junk all week. I suggested grilled chicken, pitta bread and rice salad and he said "Finally, some healthy food"!! It transpired he'd had a week of fizzy drinks, pizza, chips and eating out, so was desperate to have some home cooked meals!
Oh dear, went a little off target this week. All the bank holidays have caught up with themselves and a day in Scarborough proved too much for the weight loss this week and I gained the 2lb back.
Must get myself back on track, have come too far to let it slip!
